We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Coco de Mer pieces, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
